Directions:

Our Sugar Body Scrubs are easy to use. Simply massage a small amount onto your skin in circular motions, paying special attention to dry areas such as elbows, knees, and feet. Rinse with warm water and pat your skin dry.

We recommend:

Depending on your skin type, sensitive skin types should exfoliate no more than 2 times a week. All other skin types no more than 3 times a week.
